Dubailand covers a wide mix of property types from studios in Arjan to large 5 bedroom villas in Arabian Ranches. Studio and apartment moves start from AED 300. Townhouse moves in DAMAC Hills and Town Square are quoted from AED 800 based on number of rooms. Villa moves in Arabian Ranches and DAMAC Hills are quoted after a free site visit based on actual volume and property size. Dubailand communities are generally further from the city centre and our team factors travel time and vehicle requirements into every quote. One written price before we start with nothing added on moving day.
Dubailand communities each have their own access rules and our team has dealt with every one of them. Arabian Ranches and DAMAC Hills have manned security gates that require pre-registered vehicle details and move permits — companies that arrive without these get turned away immediately. Town Square has specific moving time windows and only allows moves during certain hours. Motor City and Sports City have parking restrictions that make large truck access difficult for companies that do not plan their route in advance. Many Dubailand villas have large items including garden furniture, outdoor equipment, and oversized sofas that require specialist handling and the right vehicle size. We plan every Dubailand move with community-specific requirements in mind from the first day you book. Gate clearances, move permits, parking, vehicle size, and crew number are all confirmed before your move date.
We move studios, apartments, townhouses and villas across all Dubailand communities with same-day availability when needed. Large villa moves in Arabian Ranches and DAMAC Hills are handled by our experienced villa crew with the right vehicle size for every job. Full packing is included with every move — all materials brought to your door. Garden furniture, outdoor equipment and oversized items are packed and loaded with extra care. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is handled at both addresses. We cover moves within Dubailand, moves to any other Dubai community, and inter-emirate moves to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and all UAE emirates. Storage solutions are available between tenancy contracts and single item or part load moves are also accepted.
