Motor City has a good road network and building access is generally easier than more densely populated Dubai communities. Motor City has a mix of studio and one bedroom apartments in Uptown towers and larger Green Community villas and townhouses. Studio and apartment moves start from AED 300. One and two bedroom apartments start from AED 500. Green Community villa moves start from AED 1,200 based on size and scope. All are quoted after a free site visit with one written price that covers the complete job. Nothing added on moving day.
Motor City looks easy but a few things catch companies off guard. The Dubai Autodrome circuit road layouts confuse drivers who are not familiar with the community and companies waste time circling the wrong roads. Uptown Motor City towers have building management procedures that vary by tower and companies that do not coordinate in advance find the service elevator occupied or the move-in window passed. Green Community villas have gated entrances and some have very specific vehicle access requirements for large trucks.
