Arabian Ranches villas are large family homes and moving costs reflect the property sizes and scope involved. A three bedroom villa move starts from AED 1,200. Four and five bedroom villas are quoted from AED 1,800. Six bedroom and larger villas are quoted after a thorough site visit based on actual volume and number of rooms. All outdoor areas including gardens, pools, storage rooms, maids rooms and garages are included in the site visit assessment. The written quote covers the complete job with nothing added on moving day.
Arabian Ranches has some of the strictest community access procedures in Dubai and companies that arrive unprepared face immediate rejection. Emaar security at the main gates requires advance vehicle registration with specific plate numbers and without this the truck cannot enter the community. Individual sub-community gates like Alvorada and Mirador have their own additional access procedures on top of the main gate requirements. Many Arabian Ranches villas have items that require specialist handling — large outdoor furniture sets, heavy garden equipment, pool accessories, and storage rooms packed over years of family life. Companies that quote without visiting the property consistently underestimate the scope and either demand more money on the day or leave items behind. We visit every Arabian Ranches property, register vehicles with Emaar security in advance, and plan the full operation before your move date.
