Town Square has a mix of studio and one bedroom apartments, two and three bedroom apartments, and townhouses. Studio moves start from AED 300. One and two bedroom apartment moves start from AED 500. Three bedroom apartments and townhouses start from AED 800. All are quoted based on actual volume after a free site visit. Town Square is further from the city centre and our team factors travel time into every quote. One written price, nothing added on the day.
Town Square has strict move-in time windows set by Nshama and companies that are not aware of them miss the slot entirely, forcing a full reschedule. The community is large and still developing — road closures and diversions due to new construction are common and companies unfamiliar with the area can lose significant time navigating around these. Some Town Square buildings have specific elevator booking requirements and companies that do not arrange this in advance create long delays for other residents on the same day. Our team coordinates with Nshama management before every Town Square move, confirms the time window, books the elevator, and plans the route through the community to avoid any construction diversions.
We move studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses across all Town Square phases with same-day availability subject to Nshama approval. Full packing is included with every move. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is handled at both addresses. Nshama move permits and elevator bookings are arranged by our team.
