DAMAC Hills has a mix of villas, townhouses and apartments across both phases. Studio and apartment moves start from AED 300. Townhouse moves start from AED 800. Three and four bedroom villa moves start from AED 1,200. Larger villas are quoted after a free site visit. DAMAC Hills gate procedures catch companies off guard regularly. The community management requires advance vehicle registration and any truck that is not pre-registered is turned away at the gate regardless of how long it has driven to get there. DAMAC Hills 2 is still growing and road layouts change as new phases open — companies that have not visited recently get lost inside the community. The golf course roads inside DAMAC Hills 1 are not always suitable for large trucks and our team plans the specific route for every move based on the exact villa or apartment location. We register vehicles, plan routes, and confirm all community requirements before every DAMAC Hills move date.
We move studios, apartments, townhouses and villas across all DAMAC Hills 1 and 2 communities with same-day availability subject to community approval. Full packing is included with every move. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is handled at both addresses. Gate clearances and vehicle registration are arranged by our team. Storage solutions are available and single item or part load moves are also accepted.
