Nothing is added on moving day.
JBR looks straightforward but the community management procedures here trip up companies every time. Emaar requires NOC letters for all moves in JBR and the application has to be submitted to the community management office with advance notice — companies that try to arrange this on the day are told to come back another time. JBR’s parking along The Walk is extremely limited and moving trucks parked in the wrong zone get fined or towed within minutes because of the high footfall area.
