Emaar South has a mix of studios, one and two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom townhouses. Studio and apartment moves start from AED 300. One and two bedroom apartments start from AED 500. Townhouse moves start from AED 800 based on number of rooms and volume. All are quoted after a free site visit with one written price. Emaar South is further from the city centre and our team factors travel time into every quote. Nothing added on moving day.
Emaar South is a growing gated community and companies that are not registered with Emaar security cannot enter. The gate requires advance vehicle registration with exact plate numbers and the move date — any mismatch results in immediate rejection. Emaar South is still developing and some internal roads change as new phases open, causing companies unfamiliar with the area to get lost inside the community. Some Emaar South townhouse clusters have specific move-in time windows that many companies are not aware of. Our team pre-registers with Emaar security, plans the exact internal route, and confirms all cluster access requirements before your move date.
